All engines involve extensive labour for assembly and machining of the components that require it, together with full competition preparation and finishing to guarantee the reliability of our engines and, with only minimal scheduled maintenance, provide an effective and durable engine.
Starting from the basic build, any additional parts fitted or substituted due to compression requirements or engine type must be added.
Our engines undergo modifications and machining to achieve the stated power with proven reliability, while we use the best materials with guaranteed quality to support the results and durability of our engines.

Work to Be Carried Out:
Checking and machining of the necessary parts by the machinist, piston fitting, cc measurement of head and block,
valve seats and resizing adjustment to suit them.
Preparation and conditioning of block, cylinder head and rocker cover
Cylinder head machining and various related operations
Engine assembly labour, adjustments and basic carburettor setup
