How we ship your parts
Every order is prepared with packaging made for collector parts, with tracking and, where applicable, export documentation. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with the carrier’s tracking number.

Shipping to the Americas, Australia, Japan and distant markets
For these destinations, shipping costs are calculated by the weight and volume of the parcel with the carrier that best fits. Once your order is confirmed we let you know the exact shipping cost and you pay it separately, before the goods are dispatched.
Customs and taxes
For shipments outside the European Union, import duties and taxes are handled and paid by the recipient in their own country, in line with local regulations. This includes shipments to the United Kingdom after Brexit.
Order tracking
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive the carrier’s tracking number by email so you can follow it in real time.
