Authenticity guarantee
Every original part in our catalogue is verified before it leaves the warehouse. If a part marked as original turned out not to be, we guarantee a full refund.
Warranty against manufacturing defects
New parts carry the manufacturer’s official warranty where applicable (for example, “TOYOTA OFFICIAL WARRANTY IN FORCE” on parts for the Toyota cars available). Each product page states the specific warranty conditions where they apply.
Electrical components: 15 days from receipt to report a manufacturing defect, always in writing. Electrical components are not covered once fitted and installed.
Second-hand items and special orders: no warranty and no returns.
Returns policy
You have 15 days from receipt of the product to inspect it and, if it is faulty or not what you need, request a return. After those 15 days with no contact, the order is considered accepted and no later returns are accepted.
Conditions for a return to be accepted:
- Product unused, unfitted and in its original packaging.
- Invoice or proof of purchase.
- Prior written notice to info@cmstores.com stating the order number and reason.
For returns due to a customer error, the carriage to our warehouse and from the warehouse back to the original supplier is paid by the customer, and CM Stores refunds 75% of the item’s original value.
Transit damage
If the goods arrive damaged by the carrier, you must report it in writing within the first 48 hours of delivery, ideally noting the damage on the carrier’s delivery note in the driver’s presence. After those 48 hours, claims for transit damage are not accepted.
What is not covered
- Incorrect fitting, modifications or improper use of the product.
- Damage caused by third parties once the part has been received.
- Electrical components already installed.
- Second-hand parts and special orders requested by the customer.
How to start a return
- Email info@cmstores.com with your order number and reason.
- You will receive return instructions within 24 working hours.
- You send the product to the Valencia warehouse with carriage at your expense.
- We check the product received and process the refund.
