Camshaft kit Morgan 4/4 1968-to present

High-torque camshaft. Additional machining required to fit. Increase the depth of the valve cut-outs in the piston crown by 0,100″. The
kit includes: camshaft, followers, valve springs, modified retainers, stem seals and cam lubricant. Note: all kits are supplied with 711M followers as standard. Please state if earlier pre-711M narrow-stem followers are required.

Power band: 1000-6500 rpm

Valve lift: 0.420″ inlet/0.418″ exhaust

Duration: 270°

Timing figures: 32/58/67/23

Inlet timing: 103° ATDC

Inlet lift at TDC: 0.095″

Valve clearances: 0,016″ inlet/0,018″ exhaust

Valve lift quoted using a theoretical rocker ratio of 1.52:1. Durations quoted at a checking height of 0,016”/0,40 mm.
