High-performance exhaust manifold without catalytic converters Morgan +8

The manifolds exit through the inner wings, as standard, and are large-diameter to maximise performance on larger-capacity and tuned Rover engines. They also work very well on the standard 3.5 and 3.9 litre versions.

The primary pipes have an outside diameter of 41.3 mm/1.625″. The secondaries have an outside diameter of 50 mm/2″, and the collector has an outside diameter of 63.5 mm/2.5″. Each manifold has a three-bolt flange with the option of 2″ road or 2.25″ race adaptors. The flanges on the short adaptor pipes to the silencer are slightly angled to aid alignment. Try them in all three positions. They come with stainless steel Allen screws and competition manifold gaskets.

To get the full potential from these manifolds, use the 2.25″ adaptors. Take a look at the +4 TR silencers, I use them on my +8. Not as wide as the full-race +8 items, but with good ground clearance and silencing. 2.25″ straight through to the end.
