BASIC CUSTOMISATION:
Change of leather shade. (For leather shades in stock)
Change of shade combinations. (With shades in
stock)
The proposal will be studied and, provided it falls within the
standards of the models developed, it may not involve
additional costs.
STANDARD CUSTOMISATION:
Name engraving
Change in the size of a model
Change corner protectors.
Subject to quotation. The proposal is studied and a
quotation is prepared with the additional costs.
PREMIUM CUSTOMISATION
Custom designs.
Suitcase sets.
Special / exotic leathers
Subject to quotation and contract. The proposal is studied
with the customer, and a preliminary design is presented. A
quotation is prepared and a production agreement is signed.

International shipping
Rigid packaging with custom-cut foam + tracking + declared-value insurance included.
- Shipping cost is calculated automatically in the cart based on the destination.
- Orders to the Americas, Australia or Japan: quoted and paid separately.
Warranty & returns
Manufacturing-defect and authenticity warranty included.
- Warranty: as per the manufacturer (each product states its own).
- Returns: 15 days from receipt of the product.
