Which Porsche 911 aircooled engine do I need: 2.7, 3.0 or 3.2?

• 2.7 (2,687 cc): fitted to the 911 models of 1974–1977.
• 3.0 SC (2,994 cc): fitted to the 911 SC, 1978–1983.
• 3.2 Carrera (3,164 cc): fitted to the 911 Carrera, 1984–1989.
