For Porsche 911 GT3 / RS (997) 3.6 2006-2009. The full titanium Akrapovic Evolution exhaust system fully complements the Slip-On silencer and tailpipes with a newly developed exhaust manifold with 100 cpsi sports catalytic converters that guarantee increased power and torque, as do the newly developed and optimised pre-silencers. However, the real advantage of this high-performance exhaust system is the weight reduction, while maintaining the original layout and the functionality of the exhaust valves. The vehicle’s weight distribution is considerably improved, and the reduction in weight behind the engine and rear axle improves handling. The sound impression in this configuration is somewhat fuller and, with the valves open, more aggressive than in the original version.
