our basic setup for this camshaft is: Ignition 36 degrees @ 6000 rpm
Front part of the carburettor: main jet: 140, air jet: 170 idle 52
Rear part of the carburettor: maiunjet: 135, air jet 180 idle 52
This may be different with different exhausts or air filters or at high altitude
or when at Seathighth, we measure at around 20 degrees at around 400 metres above sea level.
very important:
All camshafts must be closed at the end to obtain the correct oil pressure
All camshafts can be used to run with distributor or air pump or whatever
so if you use for example 2 distributors, 2 holes must be closed
If no distributor is used, all 4 holes must be closed.
All camshafts are designed with the 18,5 mm drive!
