  • Billing address and delivery address (if different)<\/li>\n

    Vehicle details<\/h3>\n

    • Make, model and year<\/li>\n
    • Chassis number and engine number<\/li>\n
    • Gearbox number (if applicable)<\/li>\n
    • Left- or right-hand drive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Omission of or errors in this information release the company from any liability for errors in quotes, orders or goods received.<\/p>\n

      Claims for defective goods<\/h2>\n

      The customer must report any errors, damage or defects in writing within 48 hours of receipt. After this period no claims are accepted, except for electrical parts (maximum 15 days from receipt, in writing; no warranty once installed).<\/p>\n

      Second-hand goods and special orders<\/h2>\n

      There is no warranty or right of return for second-hand goods or for items specially ordered at the customer’s request.<\/p>\n

      Validity of quotes<\/h2>\n

      Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period prices may change.<\/p>\n

      Shipping of fragile goods<\/h2>\n

      The company uses the best available packaging methods. We recommend inspecting the goods before signing the delivery note. In the event of damage attributable to the carrier, it must be recorded on the delivery note and claimed directly from the transport company. CM Stores is not liable for damage caused by third parties or by transport companies outside the company.<\/p>\n

      Returns<\/h2>\n

      In the event of a customer error, returns are accepted within a maximum of 15 days from receipt; the customer bears the carriage costs and the company refunds 75% of the original value. Second-hand goods and special orders cannot be returned. Defective electrical parts may be returned within a maximum of 15 days; if improper installation is shown, the return is not accepted.<\/p>\n

      Warranties<\/h2>\n

      • New parts: 12 months from the invoice date.<\/li>\n
      • Electrical parts: no warranty.<\/li>\n
      • Second-hand goods and special orders: no warranty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Delivery times<\/h2>\n

        The company delivers within the time frame agreed when the order is confirmed. Delays may occur due to stock fluctuations or incorrect supplier information; in such cases the company informs the customer and offers options (a new delivery date, or several shipments \u2014 the latter with an additional carriage charge).<\/p>\n

        Shipping and shipping costs<\/h2>\n

        Shipping costs are confirmed after the order based on destination, weight and volume. For shipments to the Canary Islands, abroad and other destinations, an export customs declaration (DUA) is applied where appropriate, according to the carriers’ current rates (shipments by conventional post are excluded).<\/p>\n
